Zucchini Parmesan Chips

Fried grated cheese (cheddar can be subbed in or blended-with) and shredded Zucchini, pan-fried until crispy. You’ll never buy potato or corn chips again!

Flourless Zucchini Fritters

Think of them as sort of… Zucchini Hash Browns. With garlic, fresh herbs and a pinch of curry! Use them in place of flatbreads for single-serving topped creations. Always serve warm!

Zucchini Mini Pizzas

The ‘crust’ is a zucchini round, topped with your gave pizza adds. Baked just long enough for the cheese to develop little golden-browned bubbles… A great use for those oversized Zucs.

Fried Green… Zucchini

Without the breading, with simple seasonings and minimun fat. Quick, easy – and almost foolproof in the air fryer! Superb crispy ‘crust’.

Zucchini Ketchup

The flavour will surprise you – pleasantly! With onions and sweet paprika. Garlic optional! Make a big batch and bottle for use throughout the coming year…

My take

I think you’ll agree with me that these new Zucchini dishes deserve a try. Even if your friends, neigh-bours and family may not relish the gift of your surplus Zucchini, I guarantee they’ll love a plate ( or jar, as the case may be) of any of the above!
