Domino’s unveils real ‘DOMINO’ pies
The Pepperoni version actually looks like a 12-spot domino, with a dozen large sausage slices laid out in the traditional pattern! ‘The Domino’ is based on the rectangular Detroit-style crust, enhanced with Parmesan, ‘made with buttery-flavored pan dough’. It’s topped with ‘two layers of cheese, your choice of sauce, up to three toppings, and a drizzle of signature garlic seasoning’.
Taco Bell + Tajin = New Menu
The Bell has teamed with popular Mexican Chili-Lime Salt seasoning brand Tajin for a new menu bas-ed on the tangy flavour combo. They’re starting with three items: Tajin Twists, a Tajin Crunchy Taco and a Tajin Strawberry Freeze. And there are already plans to follow with a Tajin Cheesy Gordita Crunch and a Tajin Pineapple Strawberry Freeze.
Chick-Fil-A stacks new sammys
The creator of the Chicken Breast Sandwich is adding a group of new variation to the menu, for a limited time. Chick-Fil-A is offering Chicken and Waffles sandwiches with your choice of Original, Spicy, or Grilled chicken fillets.
Each is dressed with three strips of applewood smoked bacon, and honey butter spread, and sand-wiched between two soft, maple-flavored waffles. Gotta love that combo of ingredients!
Jimmy John’s intros new Quartet
… A quartet of new Sandwiches, that is. Choose from the Pepe (Ham), the Turkey Tom (Turkey), the Vito (Italian Deli Meats), and the Veggie. They’re just $5.99 while the limited-time deal lasts. Jimmy’s boys are tantalizing you by not revealing how long these simple, satisfying sammys will be around!
Culver’s puckers up with a Pickle Burger
Culver’s is offering a special pickle-themed burger: The Fried Pickle Pub Burger can be ordered with 1, 2 or 3 beef patties.
Comes with crispy-fried pickles, tangy Brewpub Sauce, and cheddar cheese. That’s all stacked on a soft-pretzel bun served on a luxe soft pretzel bun. For a limited time… But a good time!

7-UP reformulates to emphasize Lime
It’s official! 7-UP is introducing its first update in 15 years. But it’s a cautious step designed to tweak the flavour profile for modern tastes. Jalapeño Salmonella scare under control
The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) says it’s isolated the source of the Salmonella outbreak that sick-end more than 350 people across the US and sent more than 2 dozen to hospital. The contam-inated peppers cam from the Sinaloa region of Mexico and were distributed to restaurants, institut-ional kitchens, and foodservice operations across 27 US states. None made it to supermarket shelves. And those that were received by Chipotle and Quoba locations have been pulled from the system.
