… Brings back Pretzel Bacon Pub Burger
The little girl with the red pigtails is bringing back her legacy Pretzel Bacon Pub Burger. (See photo, top of page.) Fans demand-ed it. The chain ran a March Madness contest called the ‘Bring it Back Bracket‘ in which fans across the U.S. to voted on which discontinued Wendy’s menu item deserved a comeback. The PBPB is built on a quarter-pound patty, topped with Muenster cheese, smoked bacon, crispy fried onions and pickles. It’s finished with slathers of warm beer cheese sauce and smoky honey mustard…

Hidden Valley pours more new flavours
Hidden Valley – the Ranch Kings – have released their first new flavours for 2026. The flagship version is Yum Yum, aimed at Teppanyaki fans. There’s also a new 100% Olive Oil version, and a Parmesan dry seasoning mix which is touted as suitable for dusting pasta, chicken and veggies. Last year, Hidden Valley launched 6 new flavours. They’re already on track for a new record in 2026!

Grillo’s + Pabst = Beer Weirdness
We don’t usually spotlight alcoholic bevs here at FFW. But this one can’t stay in the shadows, without comment. It’s a Grillo’s Pickles collab with Pabst beer, hitting the cooler just in time for summer.
The brew is described as ‘cool, crisp and sour’… Grillo’s has been in the forefront of the Pickle phenom-enon since its inception, going on two years, now…

Nutella unveils new flavour
How, you ask, could there be another Nutella flavour? The iconic spread is defined as ‘chocolate and hazelnut’. But the new flavour swaps out the legacy hazelnuts in favour of peanuts. Reuniting an an-cient and unassailable pairing. It’s the first time in the product’s history that it’s veered off the centre white line… Can we expect more deviations in the future?
Another new PB Cups variant?
Against all odds, Hershey’s has launched another new Peanut Butter Cups version. This time, they’ve added a layer of marshmallow on the bottom.
It’s a logical evolution of last year’s Strawberry PB&J release. Hershey’s says fans demanded it, so the decision to make it was a no-brainer…
Twix bags ‘minis’
The Twix candy bar is joining the ‘mini movement’ with new Twix Bites. The new bites feature the same crunchy cookie interior and chocolate coating as the parent bar, but are round balls – which might remind you, visually, of the classic Malteser. Twix has – logically – tapped former NBA player LiAngelo Ball to promote the candy…
Baskin-Robbins boxes up Dubai Chocolate Cake…
Ice cream cake, of course. And it’s a laminated, layered doozie! It features: chocolate cake, fudge, roasted kadayif and pistachio ‘sauce’, Pistachio Chocolate Bar ice cream…
… whipped frosting, and chop-ped almonds, all layered in a re-closeable box. It’s a lot. Serves 10-to 12. Or half that, if everyone wants seconds.

B-R is also serving up a new Dubai Sundae, new Pistachio Chocolate Bar Ice Cream, and a new Dubai Chocolate Shake. All just as luscious and decadent as the showcase cake… I could have headlined this entry ‘B-R goes nuts!’…

In-N-Out NOT adding online ordering
The classic Burger Joint with the classic name will not be adding online ordering anytime soon. “The main reason is because part of what makes In-N-Out and the experience so special is the interaction and the customer service that we’re able to give—the smile, the greeting … that warmth, and feeling that culture,” says In-N-Out CEO Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson. “Mobile ordering will definitely take a piece of that away.”
