The Buffalo and Mac n’ Cheese Fried Chicken Sandwich is just that. On a Waffle. You can make your own: just make a big, round 8 in. / 10 cm waffle and cut it in half along one of the lines that separates quarters. Melt a lot of aged Cheddar on both sides under the broiler. Then load on some of your own home-made Bacon Mac and Cheese, a grilled Chicken Breast. Finish off with a shuffle of sliced Pepperoncinis and a big ladle of Buffalo Cheese Sauce…
