Maggie J’s is unlike any other catering kitchen

Hand made meats and breads

We start with fresh, whole, unprocessed cuts of
meat, raised locally whenever they’re available.
From them, we hand craft our own cured,
smoked,
and roasted meats and sausages.

Then, we hand-make all our own rolls and
breads
from the best Canadian flours we can get.

No preservatives, no fillers,
no gluten, no lactose

We use no commercial preservatives,
stabilizers or fillers in our cured and smoked
meats and sausages. That means they are
gluten free. They’re also lactose free.

We’re up before sunrise every morning
getting it all ready for you.

Nobody does sweets better!

We bake our Pastries fresh the day you receive
them! Our Cakes, Cookies, Tarts and Squares
are delivered to us straight from the ovens of
our local bakery partners.

The best fruit, veg and added touches…

The freshest Fruit and Veg come from local
and international sources through McCartney’s
Produce, a fixture in the Eastern Ontario farming
community for decades.

And we get our cheeses, pickles, antipasti and
savory specialties direct from local producers and
importers with special connections in every exotic
corner of the world.
