Wendy’s débuts Feed The Fam Meals

Perhaps a little late to the party, Wendy’s is offering family meal deals for takeout and delivery. One deal includes 2 Double Stack Burgers, 2 Crispy chicken Sandwiches and 2 Small Fries. one notch up the price ladder comes a deal including Spicy 2 Chicken Sandwiches, 2 Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers (JBCs), and 4 Small Fries. It appears beverages are not included in the Feed The Fam Meals.

The Bell is serving a stripped down version of its regular Party Packs featuring 12 Tacos and/or Bean Burritos. The Cravings Pack includes 4 Tacos (any combination of Crunchy or Soft) plus 4 Beefy 5-Layer Burritos. At participating locations.

Popeye’s Meal Deal supports New Orleans

Popeye’s is launching a limited time Meal Deal, the proceeds from which will support the hungry in its home town, New Orleans. The NOLA Strong Meal deal includes 12 pieces of Fried Chicken, 2 sides, 6 biscuits, a Popeyes branded NOLA Strong t-shirt, and a NOLA Strong hat, all for about $30. The deal aims to fund the donation of 1,000,000 meals for families in need through the Second Harvest Food Bank. It will be available from Popeyes’s locations across the U.S., while supplies last.

Kit Kat Ice Cream Cones arrive for summer

Kit Kat has released self-branded ‘drumstick style’ Ice Cream Cones, in 2 versions: Vanilla Wafer with Fudge and Chocolate Wafer. They’re both served in Waffle Cones and Dipped in a Chocolate Coating with Crispy Wafer Pieces. Get ’em at Walmart, in 8-cone packs. How long will they be available? Kit Kat gives no indication. But I’d say they’ll be in the freezer section until the end of the summer.
