You get it by itself or in a box special, which also contains a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco, a Crunchy Taco, and a medium drink.

Try one iof you dare…

…and BK is clowning around big time for Hallowe’en!

Starbuck’s is featuring a special Frapp for Hallowe’en

The Zombie Frappuccino is available all across the continent from now until Hallowe’en. It’s described as an ice-blended beverage with an apple and caramel-flavored Creme Frappuccino base topped with pink whipped cream and a red mocha drizzle. Body and brains of a Zombie. Flavour of a fall treat like none we’ve tasted yet.!

McDonald’s Dollar Menu is coming back…

Remember McDonald’s Dollar Menu, on which every item was just a dollar? It’s coming back, In a new iteration. And not everything is just a dollar. McDonald’s USA president Chris Kempczinski told Nation’s Retaurant News, during the company’s third quarter financial announcement, that the new menu is an effort to get a larger share of budget-conscious diners. No specific foods were mentioned, but you can bet that Drinks and Fries will be there along with Burgers and Sandwiches. Items will be offered at $1, $2 and $3 price points and will be ‘pulsed’ into and out of the Dollar Menu throughout next year to give economy diners some variety. It’s really just the latest step in the evolution of the limited time ‘special’.

…and an Analyst questios McD’s Monopoly Game claims

McDonalds advertises that one in five folks who play their Monopoly game will be a winner. It may just be a sleeve of Fries or a Cheeseburger, but it’s still a win. One video blogger who is noted for challenge stunts, YouTube broadcaster Furious Pete, decided to test the claim. So, he went to his neighbourhood McD’s and ordered 100 orders of Large Fries. That’s two tickets for each Large Fry sleeve, which equals 200 chances to win. After peeling all he tickets and doing the math, he reported that the odds were more like one-in-nine. But remember, you’ve got to average out the winning tickets over the whole McD’s chain. I don’t think they’re lying.

And that’s the news!

Happy Hallowe’en and eat safe…
